I first walked into Dr. Bartels’ office about 15 years ago, not knowing I’d be finding the doctor I’d trust for life. At the time, I just needed to see an OBGYN due to abnormal testing, but shortly after, he was the one who diagnosed me with cancer. From that point on, he became the constant in my healthcare journey. What’s always stood out to me is that he’s the doctor who really listens. He never rushes through appointments or brushes off questions. Instead, he takes the time to explain, to answer fully, and to make sure I leave with clarity and peace of mind. One of the things I value most is that when something falls outside of his expertise, he doesn’t pretend otherwise, he connects me with a trusted specialist right away. That kind of honesty and care is rare, and it’s why I’ll never go anywhere else. And it’s not just Dr. Bartels. His staff makes every visit smooth and stress-free. They’re kind and make you feel like more than just another patient on the schedule. 15+ years later, I can say with complete confidence: this office is truly one of a kind, and I’m so grateful to have found it.

My sister and husband both see her, and love her as well! And best of all—she doesn’t pressure me into unnecessary services or exaggerate my inflammation numbers just to upsell a webinar (if you know, you know). The staff is professional and courteous, the practice offers a wide range of services, and the environment is both inviting and comfortable. Dr. Bartels is wonderful—his calm and warm demeanor helped put me at ease during a stressful situation. Change in the office system & billing just ended a 7 year customer relationship. Very sad as I greatly appreciate & admire Dr. Bartel, unfortunately dealing with their high turnover in systems and back office is no longer worth it. Today’s appointment was delayed almost an hour due to another office error due to poor systems & Managment.
