Denver Holistic Medicine | Dr. Simone Sturm

Simone is a truly amazing personal trainer. She works to understand your goals and anything that might impact/affect your physical abilities, she creates specific workouts based on your needs and goals, is great at adjusting the workouts if anything is sore or there are other things going on in your life that might cause a need to focus or omit an area. She takes a full body approach and at the end of the workouts I feel tired but also a sense of accomplishment and a little soreness after which means things are working and my body is getting stronger! She is an amazing human to work with and I feel fortunate to have found her to play this role for me.

I have been working with Dr. Simone for over 10 years. When I first started working with her, she was able to solve my severe GI issues, unlike any other MD was able to do. She helped me get pregnant, treated me through my pregnancy (and I gave birth to a healthy, amazing child who shares a birthday with her-I do not believe this is a coincidence) and still provides me with herbs and acupcunture as needed. She is my first line of defense with all things health and I always consult her before going to an MD. Her opinion on my health holds so much weight and she has been my guide for all things mind body and spirit. In addition to all things health, I have also been working with her for weight training and guidance through my weight loss journey. I look forward to spending time with her weekly and she has created a tailor made program for me. I've lost a high percentage of my body fat and gained more lean muscle under her supervision. She is a breath of fresh air and I always leave her gym feeling so much better than when I walk in. I truly feel so lucky to have found Dr. Simone and am so glad she is on my life journey with me. I know she genuinely cares about my health and well being and knowing she's in my corner gives me so much peace of mind. Words cannot express how highly I recommend her and she is stuck with me for her career!
