Horrible service. This place messed up on my care plan multiple times and forgot to order my medications. When I inquired about it, they lied and stated they sent my medications to the incorrect pharmacy. I work in the healthcare field and I know when I am being lied to. They initially stated that the medications take up to 14 days to get in, but when I informed them that I would be going out of town and that this was unacceptable they miraculously were able to get them within 72 hours. They did not care that I was upset or that I expect a higher level of customer service and support considering how expensive they are, but they treated me like it was my fault. They have a high turnover rate and obviously do not care about the client and rather are money driven. No attention to detail and no accountability. After THEY decided that I would no longer be a client due to me insisting they fix their mistake they sent me multiple reminders that I had an appointment coming up and needed to confirm. Shows their lack of attention to detail.

Very happy with my experience so far. Office, exams rooms clean. Staff friendly,. Impressed with my first visit with Kimberly. She seems knowledgeable, willing to answer questions and thoroughly explained labs. She sent me home with a copy and all of her notes that we went over and as well as a summary of my visit with all pertinent instructions. Lab draw on site is a definite bonus. Wheelchair accessible.

My first visit went great. The office staff is friendly and helpful. Mackenzie was very knowledgeable, explained my labs thoroughly and set me up on a specialized care plan. They bill through my insurance.
