I have diabetes for 20 years, my doctor told me that I will be on medications lifelong. In 2015 God sent Dr. Watkins to my church and host a seminar for free. I get in the 30 days wellness program. I was 178 pounds, A1c 16, and retinopathy. Before the 30 days are over, my weight dropped to 135 and blood sugar dropped in 90's. I followed all the instructions that Dr. Watkins gave me. I went to see my doctor in 3 months and my A1c dropped to 5 with no medication. Also, I will never forgot. I lost my job, and I needed more medications. Dr. Watkins told me that I will send you the supplies and you will pay me after because my goal is to treat your condition. I went back to eat what I used to and my blood sugar went back the same as before. I restart Dr. Watkins diet and my blood sugar dropped, my eyesight and my nerve pain are better. Moreover. My retinopathy is cure because I had 2 lasers surgery in the past. I started eating kale every day and went to checking out and there was no trace of retinopathy.
