Cryo Republic Wellness and Body Contouring

I was blessed to have one of my birthday presents at CryoRepublic. John was super amazing in helping me have the first and best experience here. I always believed that when you own and run your company, you will always give the best and the customers feel it. I worked hard this past 2 weeks on building an enclosed backyard for my cats and developed sandpaper callous hands. Then I enetered the light therapy and cryotherapy. Amazing! I left with soft, smooth hands. I wish I had taken before and after pictures. I will definitely be going back for more.

I went to CryoRepublic three days ago to try the Flowpresso machine for the first time, and it was such a great experience! The pressure felt amazing! The facility itself is super clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. I was really interested in the lymphatic drainage benefits, and I actually noticed that I felt more energized afterward. Later that night, I felt pleasantly tired and ended up sleeping much better than usual. I do think I didn’t drink enough water that day, so I felt a bit dehydrated afterward — lesson learned! Next time I’ll make sure to stay well hydrated. Overall, it was an awesome session, and I’d definitely love to go back again soon!

John is such an amazing guy who possesses a wealth of knowledge in the recovery space. The equipment is top of the line and is a clean space. I highly recommend giving Cryo Republic a shot.
