Short version - they never answer calls and they can’t reliably refill Rx anymore. It was great years ago, but now it’s awful. If you need regular visits or if you’re prescribed a controlled substance that requires constant refill requests, this place will make you want to pull your hair out. I’ve gone to this place for 4 years and it has gone so far downhill. I used to be able to call the front desk and someone would answer in 2 rings and answer my question or schedule my appointment. Now, literally nobody answers the phone. Ever. I’m not joking. At this point, I’m starting to think they purposefully send you to voicemail and they take hours to call back. And whoever is in their billing department now is so mean and impatient. I have to go to the doctor every 3 months for my Rx refill, so I’m in this office very regularly. They’ve changed locations 3 or 4 times since I start going and every time they change, it gets worse and worse. I’m switching doctors which is so unfortunate, because back when they were located at Advent Porter, this place was my favorite doctor’s office I’ve been to in my adult life… I worked as a receptionist at a doctors office for a while too, so I can tell the difference between an office that’s simply busy and underworked, and an office that’s simply poorly run. Truly disappointing… I really used to love this place. Let me also clarify: this has nothing to do with doctor care. I love those nurses and those doctors! They’re phenomenal. This review is a reflection of how hard it is to work with their office staff to coordinate appointments and requests. If you’re only going to the doctor for a physical and when you’re sick, I’m sure this place will suffice. If you have a controlled substance Rx and multiple regular appointments a year, it starts to become more difficult. They’re super sweet when you walk in, but they’re impossible to get in touch with when you need to.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Samantha Pushchak and Dr Madelyn Katz. They provide truly excellent care and always make me feel like a priority. They’re incredibly involved, genuinely caring, and take the time to listen and address every concern. Their responsiveness is unmatched, and scheduling is always flexible and easy, which is such a relief in today’s busy world. I feel very fortunate to have her as my primary care doctor team—they’re everything you’d hope for in a physician and more.

Samantha P with Summit Primary Care had been my doctor for 3 years. She is truly amazing and very good at what she does. I have complex health issues that a lot of doctors besides specialists are afraid to help with or handle. Not Sammy she takes bull by the horns. Very happy with Summit Primary Care .
