Gene's Day Spa

Genes was the best massage I have ever gotten in all of NYC. I am someone who pre pandemic would get a massage once every two weeks and never felt like it did enough. But genes method was good and different. He answered my concerns with my arm pain and my ankle healing. My husband saw him a week later and felt the same. We are both definitely going back to see Gene. Thank you Gene!

As a yoga teacher, I am constantly using my body - through practicing, demoing, adjusting, running around the city - and it’s important for me to make sure my body is in good health. Gene has a great understanding and knowledge about the body and muscles, and his pressure is always strong (what I need!) I’ve been getting massages around the city, but I’m so glad I found Gene. I come in with stiff muscles, and I always leave feeling better. Highly recommend!

Gene is a genius. He devotes himself entirely to you. No gossip. Quiet, clean, private studio. He knows exactly where to go and what to do. You don't have to say a thing. On September 6, 2017 I had a total right hip replacement and Gene was instrumental in breaking down the scar tissue caused by surgery. He has been working on my 80-year old body for 90 minutes each week for the past 3 years and not only does he release muscle blockage which restricts joint movement, he also releases body toxins. No wonder I am feeling better and younger, session after session. We all need someone like Gene to help us stay healthy. Go to him!
