Avoid this place at all costs. Your wallet will be glad you did. At first you'll think that you came to a clinic that really cares about you and your problems. Their only concern is the amount of money that they can remove from your wallet. On the phone you'll hear all about their treatments and how effective they are. This is far from the truth. The staff lays out a treatment plan that is very pricey. As you are going over the plan, you'll feel like you're in a used car dealership. A staff member is pressuring you into making an on spot decision. As I stated the it's quite expensive. The provider now becomes a high pressure salesman. He even turns bright red giving you his pitch. At this point I should have made tracks for the door, unfortunately I didn't. Lesson Learned... Don't waste your hard earned money at this place. If I could give them zero stars I gladly would. This addendum is a follow up to the owner Brian D's statement that my review should be directed to another clinic or provider. This claim is absolutely false... I was a patient of Libido Medical Clinic in Scottsdale 14301 N 87th St Ste 308, in November of 2024. I have prescribed medication from that date. Before posting a follow to a one star post do your due diligence and check your records. This is another example of how poorly this establishment is managed.

I've worked with Libido Medical Clinic for 6 months now and have been impressed with their professionalism and efforts to keep my best interest at the forefront as I deal with my sexual health issues. From the first visit they have done a great job in removing any awkwardness and insecurities that I've had in dealing with the process. The office is clean and welcoming and the team very understanding and helpful.

I couldn't be happier with my experience at Libido Medical Clinics. The staff was wonderful. From the doctors to the assistants to everyone that I interacted with. I would highly recommend them to anyone and fully expect to be using their services again in the future.
