I found this place through ClassPass and was excited to try cryotherapy for the first time. They actually no longer have cryotherapy due to red light beds having more of an effect. I was kind of relieved because I hate being cold but still wanted the benefits. Steve was so nice, informative and you can tell he’s really passionate about this business and what it provides to people. There’s a ton of different machines that provide different benefits. I love that there’s chiropractors here as well. I look forward to coming again soon!
