Rejuv Medical - Edina

I started at Rejuv to lose weight. Their knowledgeable, and friendly staff walked me through a process in which I felt comfortable and confident with. I see Kelsey, one of the personal trainers there twice a week. She helped me with my nutrition and personal weight goals. I also saw the medical staff and figured out what vitamin deficiencies I had, they helped me get my body health on track. After 6 months I've lost 50 lbs and I feel great. I will continue to use them to meet my future goals.

I am so happy I found Rejuv Medical Savage! The entire team is friendly, knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition, and body positive! I've tried every fad diet out there, and nothing worked to help me lose weight and gain muscle. The Rejuv staff (especially my trainer Kelsey!) taught me how to eat and exercise for MY body. Over the last year I've transformed my body, and have never been stronger or happier! The best part is, that I never have to deprive myself! I have had a problem with my hand for nearly 2 years. they (the Dr.s) first said it was degeneration and i could do steroid shots for life if need be our surgery. I spoke with a friends who told me about rejuv medica. they explained why steroid shots alone will actually make it worse in the long run so i got my "sugar shot" i call it on the 15th. it was scary and hurt a bit like a steroid shot would of i suppose but the next day i was almost completely free from pain. I am so grateful for there work and research it's amazing how your own body given the opportunity to heal itself does so eloquently with the right aid that rejuv medica gives it.
