I started going to Dr. Nancy for weight in 2015. After helping me achieve my goals Dr. Nancy has put me on a maintenance program which has helped me maintain my weight, for the past 5 years. Dr. Nancy subsequently became my internist when mine retired and when she can’t help me directly, she never fails, to send me, in the right direction , with excellent recommendations for specialists. I look forward to seeing Dr. Nancy who helps keep me on track both mentally and physically. Dr. Nancy provides cosmetic treatments and dietary supplements in a no pressure environment. DOCTOR NANCY IS A WEIGHT LOSS GODDESS. After my second pregnancy, and birthing twins, I was at the end of my rope trying to lose the last 30 pounds of weight gained (I had gained 65 pounds total). I had never had a hard time losing weight, including after my first son, but this time I just couldn't do it after dozens of starts and stops. My friend referred Dr. Nancy, and I as I sit here writing this, I am officially in the best shape of my life (even BETTER than before three kids) - I couldn't have done it without Nancy and her team. She made a customized weight loss plan for me, coached me through the emotional and physical ups and downs, and helped me make a plan to get to my ideal weight. More importantly, she helped me FIND my ideal weight. This "number" I had in my head was total BS - each visit she took metrics including body fat, water weight, and measurements and I was able to get the full scope of my health and body goals that were reasonable and attainable. She helped balance my hormones and created a tailored vitamin plan to right any imbalances. And frankly, I feel the best I've ever felt. On a personal level, I would honestly pay to sit and chat with Dr. Nancy just about life - she is wise, calm, wonderful and has incredible energy. She is also HONEST - which you need during this process. Her staff is incredibly competent and kind, and her office is GORGEOUS. It's an all-around A+ experience - if I could give her 10 stars, I would.
