Have been trying for 2 weeks to follow up on a referral for an incredibly painful consistently recurring issue, haven't heard anything from the practice I was referred to, and haven't been able to get any actual help or extra info from the office here so far either. Have called about 15 times at different times of day and different days for about a week now, have left a couple voicemails, not a single answer. Would just schedule my own appointment if my insurance would let me, but instead I'm stuck waiting in significant, daily, pain. Have had 2 appts with 2 different healthcare providers this office, one of which was very validating, helpful, and informative, and the other turned out to be none of the above. All together, one good provider cant redeem this office.

My fiance has been going here for hormone treatment for the past 8 months. The staff is very nice and they pursue the best options for hormone care. Care that was not even offered at hormone specialist practices.

Appalled by how I've been treated by this office. Entirely rude and unprofessional, and now I have to lawyer up to get my medical records handled properly and put this office effectively behind me. Hard to believe that the intent here was ever to "care for the whole person" as I'm not sure I can identify a moment in the past month of dealing with them where I've felt they cared at all about any part of me.
