Where to begin…thanks to Elevate, I lost 50lbs with the injectables and support. They always greet you with a smile, are professional and courteous. In addition, their injectors are great and offer a natural look! Highly recommend

I had a very disappointing experience with manager Ashley Mendoza. She initially reached out to me via text and pushed me to make a payment right away, saying their special for monjouro— “A 5ml vial is $1,250 and if you purchase one 5ml vial, we give you 1ml for free” — was ending, and that she wouldn’t be back until Tuesday so I had to pay as soon as possible. She originally confirmed the total would be $1,250. I paid through Cherry, where she said $1,200 would be charged, and I expected to just cover the remaining $50 plus shipping on my card. Instead, she later told me the remaining balance was $96 plus an additional $80 interest fee from Cherry, bringing the total to $176, more than expected. (I an aware Cherry charges interest, I would of paid that interest over time on my monthly payments) At that point I questioned why I was being charged interest on what I thought was a direct payment to the clinic. (The balance left over from the 1,200) When I asked to cancel, she made me feel guilty and said the sale had ended. I even asked if I could just come in person since I thought it would be more professional, but she told me I couldn’t. I was left feeling pressured, confused by fees that were never explained upfront, and like I upset her just for wanting clarity. This whole situation was handled very unprofessionally and left me feeling uncomfortable about moving forward with their services. On top of that, it all felt like a money grab. Normally, clinics ask you to come in for a weigh-in, review your health, and put you on a personalized plan. None of that happened. She didn’t ask about any medications I might be taking or anything regarding my health history — it was just a text-to-text transaction, pay online, and have the product shipped to my house. I thought that was very strange and not at all professional for something that should involve real medical oversight. I asked multiple questions about the medication, but they were ignored and instead she would just circle back to asking for payment. That made me feel like my health and safety weren’t being prioritized at all and like she didn’t care about my actual weight loss journey. Overall, the entire interaction felt rushed, misleading, and unprofessional. I was left feeling pressured into a purchase that wasn’t properly explained and didn’t feel safe or trustworthy. It sucks because I really loved this clinic!!!

I was a little shy to push the door when I first went for Weight loss and hair removal, and it was a great experience. Easy to acces, easy parking, the office is extra clean, it’s a welcoming environment and all the services they offers are well explained and detailed. The doctor and team members are amazing, they have a great sense of hospitality, they make sure you feel comfortable, respect your privacy and they follow after every appointment to make sure everything is fine. I do recommend 100%
