Do you need to be seen by an Endocrinologist? If the answer is yes, do not go here. You first appointment might go well and the doctor might be good,but the people she employs customer service is horrible and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I was prescribed medication on my first appointment, my pharmacist needed a an alternative, so they called the doctor’s office to NO AVAIL. Leading the pharmacist to call my doctor, now if you think that will go better. It did not. I got hanged up twice when asking when the doctor can put in my alternative script, AFTER TRYING TO CALL THEM and GOT HANGED UP ON. Recall again. NO ONE CAN GIVE ME AN ANSWER! Also, on top of that, no one even helped me with rescheduling my appointment. So I say once again. The doctor is good, but what is a good doctor if you can’t get in touch or get help when needing help with medication due to their staff? The beginning of a malpractice case.

Dr. Stella is absolutely amazing! She’s not only knowledgeable and thorough, but also incredibly supportive and kind. Every visit leaves me feeling better about my health and more hopeful about my journey. She takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and truly cares about her patients’ well-being. I’m so grateful to have her as my doctor and highly recommend her to anyone looking for an endocrinologist who makes you feel both cared for and in control of their health. Only down side is the long office wait time but it’s totally worth it.

Today was my first visit to this particular office. All of the staff were increasingly pleasant and professional. The doctors are very knowledgeable, and direct to the point, but in an accommodating manner. I never liked going to any doctor's office, but I'm actually looking forward for my next visit. The world needs more friendly professionals. Thank you, team!
