Whole Body Health Physical Therapy

This review is specifically for Anna Potocny-Jones at the NW Portland Whole Body Health Physical Therapy Clinic. I have an injury that has resisted clear diagnosis and treatment for over a year. I'm on my third physcial therapist and so far Anna is the best. She brings curiosity and creativity to problem-solving and is not frustrated with my slow progress. Our meetings are collaborative -- she listes to my feedback and incorporates it into exercise recommendations. If something isn't feeling valuable to me, we change it up. If you are looking for a physical therapist who is insightful, intuitive, scientific, collaborative, and has a good eye for movement patters, I highly recommend Anna.

I’ve come to A Whole Body Health Physical Therapy on more than one occasion — first for sciatica and now for recovery after a knee dislocation and surgery — and I can’t recommend them enough. Molly is an outstanding physical therapist: knowledgeable, supportive, and truly committed to helping me regain strength and mobility. Every session feels personalized and effective. I’m very grateful for her care and highly recommend Molly and this clinic to anyone needing PT.

I worked with Molly over the summer to rehab a knee. She was patient, thorough, and cheerful- a great combination for a PT. She gave me exercises that kept my progress moving forward that were geared towards my abilities so they were more likely to be completed at home. On site facility is clean and has a variety of PT options and tools. I'd go back if I need PT again.
