My husband and I signed up for the weight loss program in late January 2025. Slim most of our lives, we became morbidly obese after 15 years of a poor diet, lack of sleep, and ridiculous stress levels. Hesitant in the beginning because we had no idea what to expect, we were surprised by the process, the customer service, and the outstanding results. The therapy sessions are painless, and the meal plan is easy to follow. So far, I have lost 50 lbs (28 lbs in the first month), and my husband has lost 75 lbs (45 lbs in 1 month). After the first month, our sleep cycle significantly improved. After three months, in addition to the weight loss, my skin cleared, and my husband dropped four pant sizes. In addition, Gail is upbeat, accommodating, and knowledgeable. It is a delight working with her. I cannot recommend this program enough.
