For some time, I have been searching for a skilled doctor or nurse practitioner, but unfortunately, throughout the years, I've encountered professionals who lacked the ability to truly listen to their patients and showed little empathy or passion for their work. Meeting Rachel was a transformative experience for me. She is attentive, supportive, empathetic, charismatic, humorous, and incredibly capable. You can genuinely feel her love and commitment to her patients. I began my pre-menopausal treatment just over a month ago, and I already feel significantly better because she LISTENED to me as a person, not just my tests or symptoms. That woman is a true gem! I am incredibly pleased and grateful to have found her to guide me through this journey of menopause and hormone therapy.
