Kelley the Great is the best!!! I’ve been a member of The Natural Lab for the past five years and have gained a true gym family and tribe!!! This is the first time in my life that I’ve been consistently in the gym and working out and I’ve now made GYM my life! I’ve also gained a healthy conscious mindset and Kelley will assist you mentally and physically. Kelley is attentive, smart, caring and the best Nutritionist that you will find!!!! She truly gives 1000% to her clients and her career! 🧡

After making the decision to prioritize my health and understanding that I could not do it alone I reached out to Kelley and got more than what I expected. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about her work. I have tried numerous diets that did not work. I started a 12 week wellness program with Kelley and IMMEDIATELY experienced results. My results and consistent communication with Kelley are what kept me going. Losing weight definitely feels good but I am most thankful that Kelley introduced me to a lifestyle that I feel I can keep using in order to optimize my physical and mental health. Kelley has coached and provided me with a wealth of information that has impacted my outlook on my overall health.
