The Vice Practice

Everyone at this office is amazing, everyone from the front desk, medical assistants, phlebotomists and providers. I was anxious upon my visit and everyone was so kind and immediately put me at ease. I had my appointment with Dr. Viceral and she is amazing. She was very thorough on going over my medical history and was quick to point out what was going on and address the concerns I had. I have already rescheduled for my follow up because of how amazing this team is. For those complaining about issues with insurance and their tardiness, that’s on you. It’s our responsibility as the patient to go through our insurance portal and see which providers accept our insurance. I don’t care what anyone else says, they treated me well and I’m going to continue coming to The Vice Practice for any medical needs. Thank you again!

I can’t say enough good things about The Vice Practice. From the moment you walk in, the staff greets you by name and makes you feel welcome. Everyone is warm, friendly, and professional. My provider is extremely knowledgeable, takes the time to listen, and never makes me feel rushed. I’m always impressed with how quickly they respond to messages and follow up on any concerns. They also advocate for their patients. It’s rare to find a practice that combines such excellent care with genuine kindness. I highly recommend The Vice Practice to anyone looking for a primary care office that truly puts put patients first.

I was truly shocked by my last visit. I will never be coming here again. I showed up at 9:34 for my 9:30 appointment and the doctor refused to see me because I was late. I can't control traffic and it was only 4 minutes. This is supposed to be a mental health specialist and dismissing me over 4 minutes is very unprofessional. Not only that, they claimed my insurance didn't cover my previous visits and that I now owe them $265!? The only reason I came here is because my insurance covered it. They never told me my insurance didn't cover it until after the appointments. Very unprofessional. But that's not all. They tried to reschedule my appointment for the next day at 10:30am as a virtual appointment. They tried called me at 9:30am for the appointment while I was busy. So I get dismissed for showing up 4 minutes late due to traffic but you can call me over an hour before my appointment and expect me to be available. Absolutely ridiculous. Be careful going here. They care more about money than your mental health.
