Health Plus has changed my life. David, my nurse practitioner, has been nothing short of incredible. When I started, I was at my lowest—physically and emotionally. With David’s guidance and unwavering support, I’ve lost 120 pounds. He worked hand-in-hand with my medical team to identify the root issues and help me heal from the inside out. I still have 30 pounds to go, but I’m confident I’ll get there—with David in my corner, I know I’m not alone. For the first time in a long time, I’m living my best life.

I started my weight loss journey about 6 months ago. I had a baby two years ago and it was really hard for me to lose the weight after. I tried a lot of different things even with exercise I still needed the extra help. David at health plus has been an absolute godsend. He’s helped me get on a great diet and encouraged pairing it with exercise that has proven to be successful. I have a lot of work to continue doing but I am so excited with the results that the team has helped me achieve. I can’t wait to continue on this journey with them. David also does a lot of non profit work with the country Tanzania and I am so excited for what he has done with our community and theirs.
