Kristine is amazing and really cares about what you’re going through with your health. I had been experiencing several health issues for years and never really knew the root cause. After I got some very specific bloodwork done (that Kristine ordered), she was able to pinpoint a lot of the issues and we immediately began working on eliminating them. She’s incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to functional nutrition and I’m very grateful for her expertise and most importantly, her empathy. I highly recommend her services!

This nutritionist was one of the most disappointing professionals I have ever worked with. She was rude, dismissive, and made me feel like I was wasting her time from the moment I walked in. She barely listened, constantly interrupted, and acted like she already knew everything before I could finish explaining. The advice she gave me was so basic I could have found it from a quick Google search. Nothing she said was tailored to my specific needs, and when I brought up recommendations from my doctors, she gave advice that completely contradicted them without any explanation. It felt careless and honestly unsafe. She did not seem knowledgeable, up to date, or compassionate. The entire session felt rushed and unprofessional, like she just wanted to check me off her list. There was no depth, no support, and no effort to understand what I was actually going through. This was a waste of time and money, and I left feeling more confused and frustrated than before. I would not recommend her to anyone. She could genuinely do more harm than good.
