4Core provided a function health assessment that took recent lab work and also a metabolic test and body composition scan that they do onsite. The final report was detailed and Chris, the Functional Health Practitioner assigned to me, was able to give me a one page summary that I took to my primary care physician at Novant. Worth every penny.
