I just had the best experience microneedling. Kaynaz was so talented it barely hurt and my face feels so tight and rejuvenated. Elena at the front desk was so helpful and nice as well. I love the staff here they are the best team in San Francisco.

Have not had the best experience. Went for Botox for my forehead for the first time (early 30s). Initial appointment was so rushed and nothing was really explained well to me. Still had so much movement in my forehead and 11s. Went back for a correction and they did more, now it’s two weeks after the second appointment and it’s like I had nothing done. The price would have been good if the Botox actually worked. I’ve only had a small amount (lip flip) over 5 years ago (at a different place with a dermatologist) so I should not be resistant to Botox. The derm also went over so much more with me. I didn’t want to go back bc she was so expensive but will probably return as I just wasted $300 here instead. Facilities here were nice though and front desk were friendly.

Victoria is the best! She has such a light touch and you can barely feel the injections. Everyone is so nice at Hayes Valley Medical Esthetics and I can’t recommend them enough!
