I had a poor experience from start to finish after check in today. My visit felt rushed after waiting for Dr. Sharma for over 30 minutes. She stood the entire time while hurriedly delivering to me negative distressing news. The student Dr. who spent most of the time with me, “Dr. K”, had the personality of a condescending brick. I was basically accused of having significantly poor blood pressure, because the incompetent aide who took my blood pressure initially typed in the incorrect information in the system. It seems even after correcting them about it, it was the reading both Doctors continued to reference. When Dr. K begrudgingly took my pressure again it was a bit higher from the first reading as I was very annoyed by the entire experience from the beginning of the appointment when the incompetent aide couldn’t be bothered to pronounce my name. This is my second time with Dr Sharma and her team. I drive 30 minutes to see this Dr. based on her reviews, however I’m not sure this experience is worth it.

I have multiple issues across different areas of medicine. Dr. Sharma takes the time to address all my concerns during appointments and shows a great deal of compassion and understanding. She has my full confidence for my medical journey.

My visit with Dr.Sharma was one of THE most nurturing, comfortable, and enlightened visits i have ever had. From her staff, to Dr.Sharma, the experience was impeccable 👌. Very understanding, very knowledgeable, very welcoming. My wife has a medical background and every question she was asked, was answered with great affection of empathy and a true ear for understanding what was asked. Also gave much respect and attention to the whole room. Thank you for your services. 5 stars from me!
