The customer service here is top-tier. Always. The responsiveness, the communication, the explanations: all fantastic. Appointments are easy to set up. Labs are easy to do. You’re always greeted with a smile. Staff is terrific. And there is a full range and thorough selection of different therapies, supplements, medications, etc. If you’re in this area, you have to stop by.

Not sure where to start because there are so many good things to say about Main Street Medical. Responsive, check. Professional, check. Great communication and service by the medical provider Jennifer Herrera, check mate! The front office staff consisting of Emily and Maria are a great team. They are courteous, professional and responsive. If I ever had a public facing businesses, I would hire these two and double their salary. These two really keep the office machine moving forward successfully. Whoever hired these two should get a raise. Jennifer Herrera is the medical provider and in my opinion, second to none. Her strong point is not just her medical education, experience and skills, but she communicates like no other. She listens well, gives you her opinion and then treatment options. Schools don’t teach the bed side manner Jennifer has when dealing with patients. Yes she is that good! I don’t see myself ever leaving Main Street Medical. They are my new go-to medical providers.

Main Street Medical has the best staff. Everyone is genuinely friendly. The nurse practitioner listened and created a plan for my individual needs. They made me feel comfortable immediately. I liked my experience so much my kids are members too. I recommend Main Street Medical to all my friends and clients.
