Dr. Lucille Shore-Schein, MD - Integrative/Functional Rheumatology

I have seen many, many physicians and other care providers over the years, and Dr. Shore-Schein is one of the very best. She listens closely. Genuinely closely. Which can be particularly tough with vague symptoms, but she does it, and then she connects the seemingly disparate dots. She is obviously very smart, and is well informed on the latest research and health options. She balances knowledge with curiosity - helping me to try things and adjust as we go. She uses pharmaceuticals as a last resort, but isn't afraid to deploy them and knows the benefits and side effects well. Best of all, over the past eight years, Dr. Shore-Schein has tremendously improved my quality of life. I am so grateful!

I have been a patient of Dr Shore - Schein for more than 6 years, prior to seeing her, I was followed a Rheumatologist who seemed he was limited to only what he understood from the Drug Representations. I needed an MD who is a Functional MD and has an understanding of alternative treatments, DR Shore- Schein is that type of MD. I can only remember a few medical topics that she didn't have an understanding and was able to explain in great detail. I have recommended her to other RA patients more than a few times, she is able to assess the issues RA patients suffer from and create a plan of care that will help with decreasing the disease and the symptoms that create pain or other problems .
