I was a little nervous about my first professional skincare treatment, but as soon as I met Lisa, I felt at ease. She is kind, calm, and thorough, and her office is professional, clean, and peaceful. I appreciated the communication via text prior to my appointment, as well as the in-person form and intake-- all very down to earth and made me feel like a real person instead of an anonymous patient.
