I just left RegenMD and have to say - WOW. It’s truly night and day compared to my early visits back when the first location opened. The new space is absolutely beautiful - spotless yet welcoming, with the perfect balance of modern and homey. Every single person I interacted with was fantastic- hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced across any med spa, wellness center, or medical office (and I’ve been all over in ATL, from balanced aesthetics to Ovme, SkinPharm, STAT wellness, Artisan, my dermatologist, & more). I’m genuinely floored. Bethany was incredible - so kind, positive, and genuinely welcoming. She gave transparent feedback and thoughtful guidance on skincare, and I thoroughly appreciated how knowledgeable she is about the science behind it all. She explains everything in such an approachable, easy-to-understand way and took the time to answer every question with care. Best skin consult & peel experience I’ve ever had! Elizabeth is also a total breath of fresh air in the wellness space- open, transparent, and so lovely to talk to. She, too, answered all my questions and made me feel completely at ease. I’m honestly just blown away and so confident I’m in the best hands at RegenMD. Huge kudos to the team for building such an exceptional practice—I won’t go anywhere else!
