Dr. Reddy spent nearly two hours walking me through each marker in detail, explaining the dietary, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations in clear, easy-to-understand language—not medical jargon. I left the session feeling informed and empowered about my health. I also took advantage of their 3D body scan, which gave me a detailed picture of fat distribution and areas for improvement. This is one of my favorite places! I’ve been going here for my Vitamin D shots, and the results have been amazing — I feel so much better and more energetic. I also did the VFR laser for my hyperpigmentation, and it made such a big difference to my skin! Padma and Abhijith are just the best! They’re so kind, patient, and really take the time to listen. Even if you’re not sure what you need, they’ll help you figure out the right treatment. The whole team makes you feel so comfortable every single time. They’ve started IV therapy too, and I’m already planning to go back for hydration and biotin treatments. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.
