I had an amazing experience getting Radiofrequency Microneedling with Dr. Bates. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease, his bedside manner is truly exceptional. He took the time to explain the entire process beforehand, answered all my questions, and was incredibly calming throughout the treatment. The procedure itself was surprisingly quick. I felt some warmth and pressure, but it was totally manageable, and Dr. Bates made sure I was okay every step of the way. After the treatment, my skin was red (which I expected), and I did have some swelling under my eyes for the first couple of days. That area is super sensitive for me, so I wasn’t too surprised, but I really appreciated how Dr. Bates prepared me for that ahead of time. By day 3 or 4, the swelling had gone down significantly, and my skin started to feel so smooth and look noticeably healthier. Now that it’s been about a couple of weeks, I can say the results are absolutely worth it, my skin feels firmer, more radiant, and just... refreshed.
