Dr Ryan not only provided help to get towards efficient healing and strengthening, but has taught me so many effective techniques in overall strength training that is allowing me to reach my goals with good form. This is by far the best experience with physical therapy I’ve had in my 30+ years of snowboarding.

optimize PT is above and beyond the traditional cookie cutter PT. I met with Dr. Dan with a shoulder issue I felt would never heal. The time he took evaluating me sold me just on his knowledge explaining everything before even performing the exercises. Needless to say after my first couple visits my mobility did a 180 and I slowly was back to my normal training and the goal for future maintenance visits. Truly life changing results!

I had significant limitations with my left arm, which barely lifted above shoulder level. I reached out to Optimize for an evaluation, expecting to be told I needed surgery. Instead, I met Dr. Dan and have been working with him for about three months. Now, I can almost lift my arm almost straight up, and the popping sensation I experienced has significantly decreased. What impresses me most is the personalized service. The scheduler always greets me by name and takes the time to chat. Every staff member I've encountered has been polite and helpful.
