I’ve been a client here for a little over a year. I absolutely adore Lauren. I think she is wonderful at what she does and my review is directed towards this company. I have worked in a service industry for many years. I understand company policies and cancellation policies, but when you have been a loyal client and spent a ton of money with people, you would expect them to treat you like a human and instead I’ve been very much treated like a money transaction. I had an appointment today (that I originally had to reschedule months back for not feeling well) and I had to reschedule again because I woke up with my tonsils so swollen I could barely breathe. The woman who called me “the manager” gave me two options to choose from: 1) show up to my appointment or 2) provide a Doctors note or else I’d have to pay for my deposit/service. I have never in my years of living skincare and the services been asked to provide a personal doctor’s note. But let me make it very clear: I provided said Doctors note this afternoon. In which, I actually have an emergency surgery scheduled for this Friday morning due to my issues. The point is, treat people with some respect and empathy. Instead, you decided to be money grubbing, unapologetic, and even my doctor was confused! It was extremely disappointing. Again, I have loved my services that I’ve had with Lauren. However, I would never spend another dollar here. If you want to be treated like a human when you’re having a crisis, this is the last place I would ever pick.

I saw Anna last month for laser hair removal. She was so incredibly kind and professional. Even though the area I was having lasered is a private and embarrassing area of my body to have seen, she was so considerate and thoughtful, she made the entire experience 1 billion times better. I would strongly recommend going to her! I put it off for so long because I was so embarrassed, but I wish I had known to go to her from the beginning.
