I cannot thank Charissa and Dr. K enough for helping me through this program. Everyone at the office is amazing and there was always so much encouragement and positivity. They really helped me changed my perspective of being healthy and sticking to it. So many great tools and helpful things that are part of it to help you succeed. Dr. K's weekly live videos are a breath of fresh air that are definitely needed on a weekly basis to keep you going and encouraged. His support is essential! Charissa is beyond amazing giving you ideas and finding ways to support you and make the program work for you. Love them and the program!!!

I highly recommend the weight loss program. I lost over 47 lb with the program. Charissa and Dr. K are wonderful and phenomenal. They are very encouraging and knowledgeable. I tried many things to lose weight but my metabolism was just stuck. This program gets your metabolism going like crazy.

Weightloss 419 is a very successful and effective program. My story may differ from selective few. Being 19 and learning about how to change myslef and my life now instead of 20-30 years from now is somthing I can and will not take for granted. Charissa and Dr.K are some of the nicest/ understanding people especially to someone going through a journey of change. I HIGHLY recommend to anyone even if Weightloss is not your TOP priority, they can teach you how to manage a new lifestyle for yourself. When you find what works, it all falls together!
