I saw Nadia yesterday for the first time and I am so glad I did. Her and her staff were amazing, kind, informative and very supportive of me looking for help after suffering through surgical menopause symptoms for a year and a half. Nadia knew all the questions to ask and how to get me in the path to feeling normal again! Can’t wait to start my hormone therapy and see the results change my life. This is one of the best med-spa clinics in the area. The main female Dr. is very friendly, explains everything, makes you feel at ease. She is quick and efficient, but not rushed. Truly an advocate for women and our glow up needs! I love that the care here is consistent as well!

This company has shown me some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve spent thousands of dollars with them over the years, and when I tried to get the same product my ex-wife had, they wanted to charge me a $200 consultation fee — something most other companies gladly provide for free. It’s been over a week since I last reached out and still no response. That tells me all I need to know: they don’t care about loyalty, they don’t care about repeat business, and they certainly don’t care about their clients. I’ll take my money elsewhere. Best of luck, because with this approach, you’re going to need it.
