MDPen MicroNeedling and Skincare

Had my live one on one training with MDPen trainer Lauren Holmes today at my office Altered Bliss in Vermont. Lauren was punctual and very professional. Lauren let me do everything only guided and advised when needed. Best for my learning style. Thank you Lauren Holmes and MD Pen for sending out a great trainer.

I trained with Nadine on the use and protocols of my new MDPen and I can’t say enough great things about my training session. Nadine was very friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel totally at ease during my training. Nothing was rushed. She answered my questions and had some great input on my office setup (we actually did a little rearranging of my space to make it even more user friendly😊) Each time I have reached out to the company, I’ve always gotten great customer service and they always make sure my questions are answered and encourage me to reach out if I need anything. If you’re thinking about getting a micro needling pen, I highly recommend going with the MDPen. It’s a wonderful tool and the company is amazing to work with.
