Unfortunately the hair restoration procedures did NOT work. During the initial meeting, I was told that the procedure was guaranteed. I asked if this would be a money-back guarantee. He said "I'm sure you want your hair back, not your money." I pressed him for an answer and he finally said that I would get my money back ($10,000), but it would not get to that point as EVERY procedure has been successful. I went through the procedure but 12 months later, there were absolutely no results. They recommended a newer technology that would definitely work. I went through the painful 2nd procedure and right there asked the doctor "what if this doesn't work either?" She replied "this one will most likely work, but if it doesn't, you will get your money back." 12 months later, there were no results. When I called them to get my money back, they said "it's a medical procedure and it's not guaranteed!" They offered to do another procedure (FUE) for $5000! Why would I go with them when they did not stand by their original claims and guarantees?! I would stay away from this establishment for hair restoration purposes. Rasheed I. P.S. Everything from helping set up a procedure to getting product, and even replacing a product damaged in shipping, she has been amazing. Update: they completely expedited my down payment return to me and we're so damn nice about I'll probably will end up going to them to get some stem cell work done. See ya soon! I didn't get any services done; however, I did do a sizeable deposit to get work done. My situation changed and I couldn't afford to go forward with the procedure. I've been trying to get my money returned for quite some time now. I will remove this post if they ever return my deposit. I just can't fathom what the delay or issue is as I never had any work or procedures done.
