I have been a member for about Month now!!! I truly appreciate & enjoy the experience from each member, support from the staff & the facility itself. A big important factor for me was cleanliness and timeliness for each modality. Additionally, all members are really nice. The current regimen that I am on is: Sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy. I’ve done contrast therapy (sauna, cold plunge) many times now and I really enjoy it! The red light bed is also relaxing and energizing at the same time. Ara and Gene are amazingly kind, helpful, and sweet. BMS is amazing!

BMS Wellness is a life changing experience. The entire staff is knowledgeable, and really want what’s best for their customers. The cleanliness of the treatment areas is refreshing.
