This is in regard to their GLP1 division. It was great until it wasn't. If you enroll in this program beware of the contract details. They tell you it is a 12-week supply of meds in my case it was semaglutide, and that it would not auto re-order until you reach out to them for more. This makes one think that once you paid for your 3-month supply at $295.00 per month which totals $885.00 you would be paid up in full for that supply. Not the case here, unless you contact them to stop charging your credit card (30-day notice) or it will keep reoccurring every month, without receiving anymore product (unless you initiate the order ). I feel it is very misleading. I contacted Ty their coordinator, all he could tell me and kept telling me is you checked the box and signed the contract. So, I got charged an additional $295.00, a total of $1180.00 for a 12-week supply. I felt Ty's explanation was misleading and became churlish to work with on this issue.

Do not use this place! the medicine they sent me was expired, and when i called to report it, the "dr" was extremely rude, and when I decided to cancel, they wanted me to pay for another 3 months of it. If that's not ridiculous enough, after i quit using them, they sent me this text, literally bribing me to leave a review for them! Well, here it is, and I don't need or want anything else from you.

I had a great experience with stem cell therapy. The procedure was quick and the staff was knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a non-surgical option for pain relief.
