I recently visited Formula Wellness for an IV therapy session, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The clinic's atmosphere was clean, modern, and calming, which immediately put me at ease. The staff was exceptionally professional and attentive, taking the time to explain the procedure and address any concerns I had. The IV therapy itself was smooth and efficient. The nurse, Abby, administering the IV was skilled and gentle, minimizing any discomfort. I appreciated the personalized approach, as they tailored the treatment to my specific needs.

No longer providing the special medical and wellness services it used to do. I have been a happy patient at FW for almost 10 years and pay a couple of hundred dollars per month. That used to provide direct access to a provider but until a few weeks ago that changed. You're not even allowed to email the doctor (unless you pay more). So much for loyalty. Now it's more akin to a regular doctor's office with central, indirect access. With several nurse practitioners having left the office, it has also been difficult getting simple appointments. Moving on.
