The program at Total Weight and Wellness Solutions has given me my energy and my life back. In approximately 4 months, I am down 24 lbs and now my labs are within normal range. When I started the program I was diagnosed with non alcohol fatty liver liver disease. My liver enzymes and my cholesterol levels were abnormal and elevated. Today, all my labs are normal and within range. I now have energy and feel healthy physically and internally. I am in my 50’s and post menopausal, so loosing weight in the last 5 years has been difficult. I found this program to be easy to follow and maintain. The program is structured to educate you on balancing what foods to eat and how to incorporate exercise that works with your lifestyle. It also taught me how vital sleep is for loosing and maintaining weight loss. I am forever grateful to the professionals and knowledgeable staff!
