Julie Duggan Manual Osteopathy

I have been a client of Julie's for over a year and could not recommend her more highly. She is compassionate, warm, and very skilled at her trade. I had back surgery in 2019 and have lingering issues from the injuries I've had. Her work is subtle but powerful - I always feel so much better after I've seen her. Her work is great for both the body and nervous system. I credit her work with reducing my pain levels and preventing worsening of my condition. She's also just such a lovely human. Julie is incredible with babies and I wish I had found her for my first baby. I saw her with my 2 week old for some body tension that made it impossible for him to be put down comfortably. After just one session I noticed a huge difference in how comfortable and relaxed he became in his body and how he was sleeping much better. We saw her for 3 sessions and he was like a different baby. I also appreciate that she also doesn't push unnecessary sessions. She gets to the root of the issue and then is happy to have the baby graduate from the work.
