I went in for facial balancing and had a great experience with Nicole. Prior to this, I was doing my due diligence and visited 2 other places for the same service and this was the one I chose. The space was warm and inviting and you are greeted by everyone as soon as you walk in. I had a consultation with Nicole who took her time explaining their process to me. I made another appointment for the facial balancing 2 weeks later and met the owner. Nicole was gentle but precise and I never felt rushed. I love how she ensured I still looked like myself, only with 8 hours of sleep. I was apprehensive about having too much done and becoming unrecognizable, but she was gradual and methodical. I plan on coming back for maintenance, and overall, I would recommend them to anyone who asks!

When the facial was over, I was honestly stunned by the transformation—after just one visit! I can only imagine how much better I’ll look with future treatments.
