While Dr. Alston is very nice and helpful, the clinic itself is not. I have waited on hold for 30+minutes only to be left on hold. You can rarely get a human on the phone (mine was an Rx misdose, and I needed help). Since merging with Greenway Clinic, I would not recommend and am considering a change
