I have been seeing Dr. Terlinsky for several years, and I am always newly impressed with his diagnositic abilities, as well as his up-to-date knowledge on just about everything medical. He is truly one of the most intelligent men I have ever met. I also receive excellent care from his staff, Joan especially is unbelievable. She knows more about medical offices and is so efficient, it's amazing that she is so approachable, sweet and funny. She really cares about the practices patients and is very supportive. I don't think I would consider any other practice - this one is just perfect!! Christina, the nurse, is wonderful and upbeat, as well.

Im writing this review because I did not understand what I was getting into when I contacted Dr. T. I am 49 years old. I have a young wife and I am used to feeling awesome. I'm used to being awesome. My sister is a doctor so I feel like I understand things more than I actually do, as being related does not transfer knowledge. So You are feeling the way I did and want to change things. Let me explain somethings... Dr. T. has a wife that is a bit harsh. I have had a few arguments with her. She is actually in love with her husband and defends him when she should have better human interactive skills. This post is not about her. It's about you. It's also about me. I found a genius who is passionate about helping people be the best they can. I had a bad experience with his wife and looked at the reviews. I was flooded with reviews that were bad. I was feeling justified. I wanted to attack Dr. T. but something held me back. He actually cares. He is brilliant. He has helped me. He charges less than most other doctors. Most important. I feel like myself again. Dr T. is a genius. He is not a good business man, yet he is a good man and my doctor. The girl who answers the phones here is extremely rude, unprofessional and any business owner in their right mind would fire her immediately. She audibly called me annoying for requesting directions to the office, and proceeded to hang up on me. If I didn't know any better, I would be under the impression I just spoke to a 13 year old, prepubescent girl. Regardless of who is calling and regardless of the reason, as the voice of this office, you should speak to everyone with respect-- you never know who is calling. Dr. Terlinsky, I think you can do yourself a major favor by replacing this girl. She gives your business a VERY bad impression, and I'm sure this is not the first time she has represented your practice in this way.
