Mine is not a shared experience, obviously. I felt rushed. I didn’t expect to be there for three hours. They really need to tell you that when you schedule the appointment. While the injection I was given did provide the desired effect, The results of continued use and paying $10,000 for treatment is a little ridiculous. When I went back for instruction on how to actually use the injections and pick up my medication, the medical technician was less than hospitable, seemed to be in a rush, and the only ambition she had was to get me out of there as quickly as possible; not what I would refer to as professional. I do injections every other day. The result is generally four hours or more, it’s painful, and it’s difficult to do anything. I do not feel that I was given proper clarification about the side effects. The result for me has been an engorgement so profound, you can’t even touch it. I’ve only done my fourth injection and I have absolutely no desire to do anymore. It’s just too painful. Unfortunately, there are no refunds. So now I am stuck in a standard retail contract for the next two years paying off $10,000 for a treatment that I really have no desire to use because of the very unfortunate side effects. I really wish I had known. All the reviews here seem very positive. Perhaps I’m not the only one who has had this experience, but I am one individual who is at least strong enough to talk about it. No one has even called me about the transdermal that I’m supposed to be putting on every other day. And there was no discussion about testosterone testing. When I spoke with a staff member on the phone, he assured me that the brevity of my experience was probably due to the fact that they are understaffed. True Vitality, I hoped, would be the solution to try and save my relationship. I looked in the wrong place.

I had a very predatory experience seeking ED treatment here. I'd strongly recommend seeking an appointment with a reputable urologist instead of seeing these folks. True Vitality administered a penile doppler test on me before hitting me with an extremely aggressive sales pitch for trimix injections, testosterone cream, sound wave therapy, and stem cell therapy. The total cost of this treatment would have been over $12k. When I asked if I could come back after doing some research, they informed me that a follow up appointment would be an additional $500. The entire experience felt designed to pressure me to commit to some or all of the treatments that day, which I did not do. I later went to see a urologist, who informed me that the True Vitality office administered the penile doppler exam incorrectly. True Vitality measured my blood flow while flaccid and informed me that a "normal" blood flow to the penis while flaccid is 15 ml/sec, which my blood flow was below. After leaving the appointment, I couldn't find any studies or references to that 15 ml/sec metric anywhere. The urologist I went to see later told me that the proper way to conduct a penile doppler is to measure blood flow while flaccid, inject trimix to induce an erection, and then compare blood flow while erect to measure the change (a low change in blood flow would confirm a physical issue). That urologist found no evidence that I had any kind of vascular ED like True Vitality asserted I have. While it's possible that True Vitality simply misadministered the test, I believe their doppler could have been a scare tactic to further pressure me to commit to their treatments. Even if you're seeking penile injections as a treatment for ED, I'd strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

I went for a “free” ed treatment that was a bait and switch . The treatment only worked about half way but I feel like they injected me with something else because they conned me out of $ 3000.00. Do not use these people they are not real urologists and will trick you and take your money .
