Dr. Kristy has helped me find balance in my own body, more than any other provider ever has. I only wish I decided to try functional medicine sooner. She takes her time to thoroughly get to know her patients, not just their physical struggles but other components of one’s life that may affect general health and well-being. I feel like I’ve made a 360 degree turn in my health under Dr. Kristy’s care. I feel ease, peace and stability in my body like I’ve never known.

I've been seeing Dr. Kristy 1-2 times per week for a little over 1 month, and am already experiencing a major improvement in my overall health. I've been to numerous doctors for some hormone related issues. My first 2 appointments were very long and in depth, as Dr. Kristy reviews everything about your medical history, diet, lifestyle etc. I was looking for a more natural way to manage stress and feel better & using acupuncture, diet/lifestyle changes, and Chinese medicine Dr. Kristy has been able to get me on the right path!

I have been seeing Dr. Kristy McKendrick for over 2 years now, and am so happy with the way her treatment has helped my overall well being! She is very smart and kind and her advise, acupuncture, and supplements continue making me stronger. I no longer have hot flashes, mood swings, pain, migraines, etc.! I am a believer in supplements and now am a believer in eastern herbal supplements. I would not be doing as well as I am today without them. Also, I love that Dr. Kristy did a telemedicine meeting with me to keep up with things during the quarantine. She is the best doctor! Highly recommend her!
