Dr. Nicole also shared some incredible grounding techniques that I still use whenever I need to recenter. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice! Working with Dr. Eischens has been amazing. I've been doing NET sessions with her and have felt so much stress and emotional weight lifted since clearing things with NET. I was skeptical but open and have really been blown away with the results. I love how quickly we get to the root of subconscious blocks without needing to talk through everything. She was also able to clear a mystery physical symptom in just one session. I was having shortness of breath for months and couldn't figure out why. Turns out, it was linked to an emotional block I never would have figured out or been able to clear on my own. After our session, it completely went away and hasn't come back. She has been incredible to work with and I highly recommend her!
