Before I started this program I was completely apprehensive. I have now been on this program for five months. My over all energy has been incredible. I have lost 22 lbs. my overall blood work has come back unbelievable. My overall goal is to sustain a healthy life specifically internally. I feel this program has guided me in that direction.
