Our couples massages were AMAZING with Trina and her team. The setting was relaxing, professional, and focused heavily on the core areas that were bothering us both. I highly recommend them and will be back!

I was referred to Logistic Wellness for a sports massage by my personal trainer and I couldn't be happier! I haven't had a deep tissue massage in years and my body really needed one especially since I have scoliosis. I opted for the sports/recovery massage 60 minutes which included cupping and I have to say it was the best massage that I have ever received! It went beyond just a massage, it was very therapeutic for my body. I didn't realize I had so many knots and how tight my body was until she got started. Trina is amazing and I look forward to my next massage!

No matter the amount of time between my sessions, this massage therapist is always on top of my trouble areas. Best pressure for releasing tension and stress. Relaxing atmosphere. Very personable and attentive to the clients needs / request. I wish I could come more regularly for preventative care instead of recovering care. Thanks Trina for continuing to heal me with new techniques. 10/10.
