I cannot recommend Erica enough! From the moment I met her, I felt seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. She takes the time to really listen and explain things in a way that makes sense, never rushing the process or making me feel like “just another patient.” Erica is incredibly knowledgeable about women’s health and provides guidance with compassion, respect, and clarity. Her calm and approachable nature instantly put me at ease, and I always leave my appointments feeling empowered and supported. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure her patients feel comfortable and cared for. I’m so grateful to have found her — she’s a rare gem in healthcare!

Dr Lara is incredible. My acupuncture visits were focused on lower back and left leg pain and numbness. Dr Lara always took her time to ask questions and discuss the treatment she gave. I felt significantly better after my first visit and am 100% better. Thank you Dr Lara!

A friend recommended I see Erica several years ago and I am so grateful!! She was at a larger practice at that time and when I found out she started her own practice I was so resistant to having to switch to someone new. Fortunately I found Open Wellness and as long as she is practicing, I could never think of going to anyone else. She's super down to earth, compassionate, and has proven that she is willing (and enjoys) thinking outside the box. She is also persistent as hell and will work with you until you feel comfortable with where you're at with whatever health issue you are addressing.
